The copper-tin composite outer conductor of EZFlex Formable™ Cable provides the same 100% coverage as solid-jacketed semi-rigid but is easily shaped to your dimensions by hand. AS (Air Spaced) cables feature a “Profile-extruded” PTFE dielectric, that consists of six equidistant diameters that are extruded along the length of the dielectric core, introducing air, thereby changing the dielectric constant and increasing the velocity of propagation. This feature facilitates lower attenuation and higher operating temperatures compared to solid PTFE.
